Do I receive anything upon completion of a course?

Yes, you receive a digital credential and upon request a physical certification. Training provided is for personal enrichment and is not transferable or accredited.

Do I need to have technology or equipment?

Students enrolled in Online Courses will need to provide their own technology and gear; those specifications are listed in each course page.

Who creates the online courses?

All course content is written and built by our in house industry experts, education specialists, and instructional designers.

Do I have to complete the course within a specific time frame?

You can take as long as you like to complete a course as long as you have an active subscription. Please note, if you cancel your subscription and reactivate later you will have to start from the beginning, we currently cannot keep track of your progress.

What if I’m unhappy with my purchase?

When you subscribe to our online plans, we provide a risk-free guarantee. Tell us you’re unhappy within three (3) days of purchasing and we’ll give you a full refund.

How long does it take to complete a course?

All courses are self-paced and you can take as long as you like as long as your subscription is active. Each course is different in-course time differs for every student, however, courses can be completed in as little as 2 hours or as long as 8 hours.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Students must cancel their subscription no later than three (3) calendar days before the monthly renewal date in order to avoid the next billing. If you cancel your subscription within three (3) calendar days after you first begin subscribing, Full Sail Labs will offer you a complete refund of your initial monthly payment. If you cancel your subscription thereafter, cancellation will be effective at the end of the current monthly period; you will have continued access to your subscription for the remainder of that period, but you will not receive a refund. All cancellation notices must be received in writing at or contact student support at (844)-706-0688. Refunds will usually be made within 30 days of receipt of the cancellation notice from student.

How does a subscription plan work?

Month by month subscription plans provide you access to more content. Choose a plan for Game Design, Music Production, or YouTube Content Creation and receive access to every course within that plan. The Master Plan gives you full access to all current and upcoming courses.
