YouTube videos can be a lot of fun to watch and create. However, it can take a lot of hard work to produce videos of your own and many factors go into creating a video. Consider the following: What kind of video do you plan to create? What will your topic be? Are any props needed? These questions, among many others, should be answered before you start creating your video.
In the video above, Shaezilla discusses her process for creating her YouTube content. This process can be broken down into three separate steps:
- Pre-production: Before filming, you will want to take every element of the video into consideration. This includes setting the tone for the content, along with determining what equipment, lighting, and sound will be required.
- Production: During filming, take care of yourself. Be sure you are hydrated, energized, and emotionally ready to film the video. You’ll be setting up your shots, pushing record, and repeating the process to fit your pre-production schedule.
- Post-Production: After filming, ensure you have a schedule in place to edit, add audio, and anything else required to complete and publish your video.
Whether this is your first YouTube video or your 100th, the steps above can help streamline your video production and improve the quality of your videos. If you would like to learn more about how to make a YouTube video, Full Sail Labs offers Online Courses covering topics in YouTube Creation.
